Katie Couric is currently rejoicing and praising her loving earth-god, Gaia. She just heard the news that Andrea Yates is getting another trial. Andrea Yates, NOW’s 2001 Reproductive Rights Hero of the Year, will now get another chance to prove that she was just performing 5 late-term abortions. That’ll show that Texas judicial patriarchy!

UPDATE:

I’m still hoping that another inmate finds a way to shank Andrea during her stay in the big-house.
